Where do you ship from?

All Coleman-Hanna equipment, parts and chemistry ship from our Houston, Texas facility at 5842 W. 34th Street.

What are the typical lead times?

  • In-stock parts & chemistry: same or next business day
  • Self-serve accessories: 1–2 weeks
  • Tunnel components (brushes, dryers, applicators): 2–4 weeks
  • Full in-bay automatic systems: 4–6 weeks

Do you only ship to the United States?

Yes — right now we only ship within the continental United States. For international inquiries please email info@colemanhanna.com.

Do you offer installation?

Yes. Our distributor network covers most of the U.S. Email us with your zip code and we will connect you with your local Coleman-Hanna dealer.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Equipment carries a manufacturer warranty (typically 1–3 years depending on category). Chemistry and consumables are not warrantied. Full warranty terms ship with every order.

Can I order replacement parts for older Hanna equipment?

Most likely yes. Coleman-Hanna stocks parts for Hanna tunnel and IBA equipment going back decades. Call 1-800-999-9878 with your model number and serial.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards online. For large equipment orders we also accept ACH, wire transfer and approved net terms — contact us before checkout.

Do you offer training?

Yes, on-site and remote training is available for tunnel and IBA installs. Ask your account manager.
