All Coleman-Hanna orders ship from our Houston, Texas warehouse via the carrier appropriate for the order size.
Free shipping within the U.S.
We offer free standard ground shipping on orders within the continental United States. Some bulky items (full IBA systems, conveyor sections, tunnel dryers) ship freight — freight is included in the listed price.
Estimated transit times
- Parts & chemistry: 3–5 business days (UPS / FedEx Ground)
- Self-serve accessories: 5–7 business days
- Tunnel components: 7–10 business days (LTL freight)
- Full IBA systems: 10–15 business days (flatbed freight, scheduled delivery)
Delivery
Freight shipments require a forklift or loading dock. We will contact you to schedule curbside delivery. Inside delivery and installation are available through our distributor network.
Damage or shortage
Inspect every shipment before signing. Note any visible damage or shortage on the BOL. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to info@colemanhanna.com.
International
